Who I am

I'm a product manager whose job is to experiment, prototype and build AI products that are not just AI slop. Ironically, I let AI write almost all my code to do it.

These days I lead Agentic AI at Bajaj Finance. What started as a chatbot pilot turned into 20+ AI agents running in production — handling millions of customer interactions, saving real hours, no babysitting required. Before that, three years at Airtel Payments Bank building customer experience products. That's where I got good at knowing what's broken before the users do.
